CHINA SERIES: The Cooperation between State and Company in China and their Lessons to Brazil

ABSTRACT
International experiences can contribute greatly to a broader view of models, initiatives, challenges and opportunities to the business for executives. Aiming offer this tool for managers and thus give them better ways to play a different work, of global and sustainable vision, the program of international travels for the executives of FIA International Executive MBA course, has offered a rich experience in this aspect, because it provides to the participants the experience in international business schools, contact with abroad companies and executives from several sectors, sizes and degrees of maturity. Moreover, it has also provided ideal baseline for knowledge of cities, monuments and cultures that expand the value added of travel. All aspects listed above were experienced with intensity in our international travel to China, impacting all participating in various aspects and degrees. This paper aims to share first impressions and analysis about the Chinese environment, its initiatives and partnership models and incentives to companies - while thinking lessons that can be drawn to Brazil.
